- Is it free to sign up and publish campaigns?
- Yes! It's completely free to sign up and publish campaigns. Your first £200 raised is completely free. You only pay a one-time £10 success fee after you've raised £200 or more. This means we only succeed when you do.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll maintain access until the end of your billing period.
- What happens to my campaigns if I downgrade?
- If you have more campaigns than your new plan allows, you'll need to delete campaigns before downgrading. Existing campaigns will continue to work, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're below your plan limit.
- How do I collect my funds?
- All funds are paid directly to you via Stripe Connect once you have a verified account. We do not store or hold onto any donations, this is all handled in Stripe.
- What are the success fees?
- We charge a one-time £10 success fee only after your campaign raises £200 or more. Your first £200 is completely free! This ensures you only pay when your fundraising is truly successful. Standard Stripe payment processing fees also apply to all donations.
