End, extend or delete a campaign

As the owner, use Archive on the published campaign's dashboard card and read the confirmation. Archiving stops new sponsorships; it does not automatically refund supporters or delete financial history.

A checkout already in progress may need payment reconciliation. Contact support about an uncertain payment rather than promising it was cancelled.

Free-plan campaigns have one year from publication. Where an extension is offered, check its price before paying: the current extension is £5 for 60 days. Subscription coverage and paid extensions affect the time available.

Cancelling a subscription does not restart the free year. Check your campaign status and Billing page. Hosting expiry is not the same as an organiser-chosen fundraising deadline.

The owner can use Delete for an unpublished campaign with no sponsors. Read the confirmation: deletion cannot be undone. Published campaigns and campaigns with sponsors cannot be deleted through this control; archive a published campaign instead.

Open Settings, then Account & security, and use the account-deletion request with your current password. This submits a request for review; it does not immediately erase your account or campaigns.

Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Contact support if you need help with the request. Unpaid fees do not remove your privacy rights.
