A campaign link does not open
Check whether the campaign is still a draft. Drafts are private to the organiser; sharing the link does not publish them. Finish the checklist and publish before promoting the page.
Use the actual published campaign link. If a published page still fails in a signed-out browser, contact support with that link.
An image will not upload
Check the file type and maximum size shown next to the field. Phone photos can be larger than the limit; export a smaller copy in a supported format and try again.
For image links, make sure the URL is a direct HTTPS image accessible without signing in. If an upload fails, keep your draft and note the message rather than repeatedly submitting the same file.
A grid or shape looks wrong
Check the selected shape and its name in the editor. A background image and the grid outline are different things.
Try a current browser and check the page at normal browser zoom. If the shape is stretched, squares are difficult to select or content is cut off, send support the campaign link, device, browser and a cropped screenshot.
Stripe or sponsorship checkout is stuck
For organiser setup, resume the saved attempt or follow the status guidance. If we say the account needs a support check, do not create another account.
For a sponsorship with an existing receipt or pending charge, do not pay again immediately. Keep the reference and contact support. GoodGrid cannot diagnose your bank's decision from a declined card alone.
Send a useful, safe support request
- Email support@goodgrid.io with your campaign link, or say that you have not created a campaign yet.
- Describe what you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Include the approximate time and timezone, device, browser and exact error message.
- Attach a cropped screenshot if it helps. Remove passwords, verification links or codes, ID documents, card numbers and bank details.
