Choose available squares
Open the published campaign and read what it supports. Select an available square, or use the page's multi-square option to choose more than one. The grid key explains which squares are available, sponsored or selected.
On a phone, use the grid's zoom and movement controls where shown to reach the area you want. Read the selection summary rather than relying only on square colours.
Check the details before paying
- Check the selected squares, total and currency.
- Add any public details you want to share: a name, message, logo or photo, and an optional website link. Leave Your Name or Company (optional) blank to appear as Anonymous.
- Review any optional contribution separately. It is not the same as the campaign sponsorship.
- Continue to Stripe's secure checkout and complete the payment.
- Return to the campaign confirmation page. Allow a short time for the payment confirmation to reach the grid.
If something looks wrong
Do not pay again immediately if you have a receipt or your bank shows a pending charge but the grid has not updated. Keep the campaign link and payment reference, and contact support.
A selected or temporarily held square is not proof of a completed payment. Cancelled or expired checkouts can release squares after the payment status is checked.
For a refund request or a question about how funds will be used, contact the campaign organiser. Refunds and disputes do not automatically put a sponsored square back on sale.
