Choose the right role

Open Team & roles from the campaign dashboard. Invite people using their own accounts; do not share the owner's password.

The Owner controls Stripe, publishing, billing, money, inventory, team access and campaign deletion. Editors can edit campaign content and post updates. Promoters can use sharing and event assets and see permitted progress information.

Editor and Promoter access does not transfer financial ownership. The owner should review invitations and remove access when it is no longer needed. Contact support before changing who owns the Stripe connection.

Open the Promotion toolkit

From your dashboard, choose Promotion toolkit for the campaign. Personalise a suggested message, check its details, then share the published campaign link.

Use the live event screen at a gathering, or print a QR poster for a noticeboard. Test the QR code on a phone. Draft previews are private; public event and poster links need a published campaign.

A campaign sharing image represents the campaign. It is not the grid's hidden reveal image or a personalised supporter sponsorship card. Use only the assets actually offered in your toolkit.

Coordinate updates without unwanted email

Editors can help with campaign updates; email broadcasts have limits. Review the notification option before posting. Posting an update without an email remains useful when you have reached a mailing limit.

Agree who will post and reply to supporters. Never buy mailing lists or publish private supporter details in a thank-you message.
